i had another skills check-off today. we had to insert and take out a catheter. i got to the school and forgot to bring a packet that i had to have, so i had to run back home and get it, which totally messed with my mojo. while i was doing the skill i was all frazzled, but i did it correctly and used perfect sterile technique. BOO YAH!

I can tell you horror stories of incorrectly placed catheters...trust me, it's good you know how! :) Medical Malpractice opened my eyes wider than I wanted it to... ick!
