this is how wide it is, not how long! i am really short huh?This is James, but I'm sure that everyone will be excited to see what Mary has been doing with herself this summer as she waits to go to nursing school in the fall. ENJOY
that's right. i've had both in the past year!! in october i went through a month of extreme pain with many days spent in the emergency room and many many doctor visits, all of which did a whopping nothing. every doctor i went to told me that it wasn't a kidney stone. finally one day i got so sick with a fever and tons of barfing and i passed a stone. i called the stupid doctor i had been going to just to tell him that i indeed had a kidney stone to which his office staff asked, "how do you know?". i simply told them that i was looking at a rock that had just come out of my urine. YOUCH! then about a week and a half ago i get this huge thing on my chin that i think is a massive zit. i tried popping it once with no success so i decided to just leave it alone (which was extremely hard for me). it festered and finally formed a few lovely little blisters. i just got in to see the doctor today and she said it was staph. but don't worry, i am not going to die. infact, i will probably be all better by this weekend.
As you all know I got an awesome sewing machine for my anniversary. While I was in Utah I went to the cutest fabric store ever to buy fabric for my first ever quilt. I have made two other quilts before, but they weren't for me, so I consider this my first quilt. I absolutely love quilting. I am really weird, I know. It's relaxing for me. 
As you can tell from the title we also went to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. I know I have already posted a lot today, but I just need to get all this fun stuff on here. The Alamo was pretty cool and The Riverwalk was awesome and a little stinky. Here, have a buttload of pictures:

James, Lydia, and I went to San Antonio for a couple of days. It was so much fun. We went to Six Flags which was totally incredible. There are a million pictures, but I can't justify leaving any of them out:
