i had my first ever skills check-off this morning. we had to come in the full nursing uniform which consists of hunter green scrubs with the midland college patch on the left shoulder, and white tennis shoes. the check-off was for medication administration. i had to show that i could give shots and calculate correct dosages. i was really nervous, but luckily my awesome teacher had a little bon jovi mix playing in the background as we tested!

congratulations mary. You will be a great nurse. Your so full of life and people will enjoy having you take care of them. I love your blog. I even read the shack because you suggested it and when I was on my way down to alabama i needed a book and remember you had said it was good. Thanks for the suggestion. It was amazing. How are you and James liking Texas? Mike and I miss all of our North Dakota buddies. Good luck with school.
